Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out sales of air tickets and airline services, achieving established sales plans.
• Providing competent, correct and objective information to customers on air transportation issues.
• Reservation and issuance of air tickets for flights of CU and partners.
• Calculation of the return and execution of relevant documents.
• Carrying out cash transactions and accepting payments in cash, credit card, and other payment systems.
• Processing requests from internal/external clients according to service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of languages: Uzbek – fluent, Russian fluent, English – Intermediate.
• Citizenship – the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Knowledge of PC, office applications, fast typing (MS Office).
• Experience with cash, cash registers and pos-terminals is desirable.
• Experience with cash registers, cash and POS terminal is desirable.
• Knowledge of Amadeus booking software (desirable).
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to details.
• Friendliness, stress resistance, diligence, accuracy.
• Ability to understand and fulfill all assigned obligations accurately and on time.
