Overview:
As the Deputy director of Marketing and Sales at FlyArystan, you will be responsible for leading our marketing and sales efforts to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility within the competitive airline industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies, as well as a deep understanding of the dynamics and challenges of the airline sector.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet business objectives.
·Lead and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
·Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and partnerships, to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts with overall business goals and customer needs.
·Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, informing marketing and sales strategies and initiatives.
·Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agencies, industry partners, and government entities, to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
·Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay abreast of industry developments and adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
·Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
·Lead pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
·Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring that marketing and sales efforts are aligned with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
·Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in marketing and sales, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
·Proven track record of at least 8-10 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions within the airline industry or related travel sector.
·Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
·Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation in marketing and sales.
·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
·Proficiency in relevant marketing and sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.
·Deep understanding of the airline industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
