Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic planning of marketing and advertising activities of the company;
• Formation and control of the execution of the budget of the marketing and brand department
• Formation and implementation of marketing strategy
• Development of annual and monthly plans for marketing activities, promotions and events, determination of KPIs and monitoring of results
• Analysis of competitors' activities, study of market trends, generation of ideas, ability to offer non-standard solutions for brand/service promotion;
• Management of processes and projects, advertising and communication agencies, manufacturers of souvenir and promotional products, contractors, event agencies, etc.;
• Control of contracts, estimates and project management;
• Ensuring administrative work on contracts, payments, etc.
• Generation of ideas and marketing support for internal clients of the company;
• Interaction and control of the work of the creative team (control);
• Initiation and control of projects with external clients, chambers of commerce, sports clubs, organizations for sponsorship and barter interactions;
• Recruitment and adaptation of new specialists in the marketing department, together with HR. Work with KPI employees. Improving the efficiency of employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in the field of Marketing / advertising / economics / PR and communication;
• Welcome MBA; Experience in a similar position from 4 years;
• Team management experience;
• Skills of data analysis, calculation of the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Excellent command of Russian, Kazakh and English;
• Effective time management;
• Creative thinking, analytical mindset, proactivity, focus on results, consistency, project management skills;
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills;
• Knowledge and use of the Amadeus Global Booking System is preferred.
