Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct data reconciliation, including comparing bank statements with actual receipts and matching airline tickets with income.
• Accurately and timely reflect income and expenses in the corresponding reporting period.
• Apply penalty sanctions in case of contract violation.
• Review reconciliation statements, verify the accuracy of settlements with suppliers in accordance with the Reconciliation Acts Regulations.
• Confirm balances with suppliers/partners in accordance with Reconciliation Reports.
• Implement measures to optimize departmental work, propose improvements, and optimize Oracle, Monalisa, Hitit  systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Higher education in economics or finance.
• Previous experience in the field +/- 1 years.
• Language proficiency: Russian – fluent, English –intermediate / pre-intermediate, Kazakh – basic.
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts governing accounting.
• Skills in business correspondence and telephone negotiations.
• Advanced user of Excel .
