Description

Main responsibilities:

-Constantly measuring and optimising SEO performance and opportunities, identifying functional and UX improvements to the website that can help deliver the company’s strategic objectives

-Implementing technical SEO recommendations in collaboration with the web developers in a structured, logical and timely manner

-Providing recommendations and execute strategies for content development across target countries in coordination with SEO goals

-Assisting the content executive in the creation of high quality, informative SEO content

-Keeping up to date with the most recent developments in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

-Paying particular attention to any significant Google/Yandex algorithmic changes

-Carrying out detailed keyword research according to the latest keyword strategies

-Using programs such as Google Analytics/Yandex Metrics to compile regular performance reports

-Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of SEO competitors

-Creating on-site and off-site SEO strategies

-Driving and increasing quality traffic to our website utilising both on-page and off-page techniques

-Doing post-click behavioural analysis of website usage statistics, using the data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement

-Getting involved in other projects, including but not limited to the creation and launch of marketing campaigns for the mobile app and website, email marketing, deployment of new digital marketing tools

-Cooperating with the team  to support in the growth of the company's digital metrics ensuring strong focus on activities that drive revenue growth, optimize for conversions and use analytics to build improvements

-Supporting prospecting campaigns – working alongside the marketing & sales team to offer tactical input and execution

-Monitoring and staying up-to-date with new developments and technologies in digital marketing tools and trends

Requirements:

specialization in marketing with focus in digital marketing and e-commerce/e-business or related field

previous relevant work experience required +/- 2 years

An up-to-date understanding of Google and Yandex's ranking algorithms and updates

Working knowledge of SEO / Keyword tracking tools (SEOmonitor, Moz, etc.)

Working knowledge of keyword research tools (SEM Rush, Google Keyword Planner, etc.)

Working knowledge of backlinks and link measurement tools (Ahrefs, Majestic, etc.)

Working knowledge of Google Analytics

Experience in HTML coding and JavaScript

Proven track record of successful SEO delivery for highly competitive industries

Experience of PPC, social media and its relevance to SEO

SEO-copywriting and rewriting skills (with impeccable Russian)

Knowledge of UX/UI principles

Up-to-date with the latest web-technologies and online marketing trends

Background experience in email marketing is an advantage

Passionate for digital marketing and constant learning

Advanced English, Russian; Kazakh is a plus
