Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the work of the tax sector.
• Control the process of preparation and submission of all types of tax reporting to the tax authorities in compliance with the uniform methodological foundations of accounting and tax accounting, as well as taking into account the specifics of the enterprise's activities and data processing technology.
• Control the payment of all types of taxes and obligatory payments arising from the company in the course of its activities to the budget within the time period established by the tax code.
• Control the processes of occurrence of objects of taxation.
• Confirm the correctness of the tax and accounting balances. Prepare a budget, business plan, summary reporting related to taxes at the request of internal and external clients.
•  Interact with state bodies and departments in order to optimize and improve tax and other legislation.
•  Advise, upon request, on the Company's tax liabilities, including on new projects.
•  Participate in the development of instructions, policies, procedures of the financial department.
• Participate in the organization of the Horizontal Monitoring process.
• Organize, upon request, training of employees on tax legislation.
• Participate in recruitment process, solve personnel issues, carry out timesheets.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Higher education, Taxes/Accounting and Auditing/Finance/Economics.
• Work experience of 5 years or more in Tax/Accounting. Working in a leadership position would be an advantage.
•  Certificates (Tax Consultant/CAP/CIPA/Professional Accountant), ACCA/DipIFR exams are preferred.
• Knowledge of the Tax Code.
•  English level Intermediate and above.
• Effective communication with subordinates, skill of successful interaction with external and internal clients.
• Willingness to lead change in own department and collaborate with stakeholders.
•  Attention to detail. Ability to analyze information provided by subordinates and identify shortcomings.
•  Leadership qualities, responsibility, focus on high standards, purposefulness, communication skills, goodwill, punctuality, activity, ability to defend one's point of view.
