Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop requirements and recommendations (terms of reference) for the creation of digital products (web and mobile applications)
Implement, test, integrate new and existing applications, websites and other digital services of the airline.
Analyze existing systems and identify new business / customer needs.
Conduct research on service / application usability and customer experience.
Determine the organization's need for new applications and their functions.
Collect, verify and analyze data on digital products and from e-commerce and digital commerce market research.
Form proposals and recommendations for the creation, improvement, optimization, or abolition of this or that product of the airline and its partners.
Support for the operational activities of existing digital products.
Liaise with software vendors and partners to meet the organization's requirements and international standards.
Schedule and run regular tests to improve current systems and applications.
Identify and design functional changes.
Maintain documentation for products, systems, databases, and related applications.
Track, record and respond to support requests
Instruct and train personnel if necessary.
REQIIREMENTS:
Education: Higher education in E-Commerce, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Marketing or similar field.
Work experience: at least 3 years, preferably in e-commerce.
Data analysis, business and web analytics, search engine optimization.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, etc.
Comfortable work with JIRA, Figma, Miro tools.
Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages.
Ability to work in a team consisting mainly of technical personnel.
Customer-centric thinking defined by business ethics.
Ability to work in stressful situations to meet deadlines in rapidly changing market conditions.
