Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and updating documents and records of the aviation security service for further approval by the management;

• Preparation of publications and distribution of guidelines, instructions, standards, procedures, bulletins and other documents of the aviation security service;

• Providing operational support on aviation security of the airline's operational departments, including all types of airport passes, crew member certificates, distribution of necessary documents, documentation on board aircraft, and so on;

• Organization of accounting, generalization and analysis of data on the state of aviation security in the airline;

• Interaction with the National Security Committee, the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Customs Control Committee, airports and other institutions, organizations related to ensuring aviation security, taking measures to protect the activities of civil aviation from acts of unlawful interference.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Higher (technical, legal) or secondary (technical and professional) education;
• At least 2 years of work experience as an aviation personnel, or at least one year of work experience as an aviation security specialist, or at least one year of work in the field of aviation security upon completion of (full-time or part-time) education in higher educational institutions of civil aviation registered with ICAO in the specialization "Organization of Aviation Security in Air Transport";
• Certificate of Completion of Aviation Security Courses issued by ICAO Aviation Security Training Centers.
• English – pre-intermediate is recommended;
• Advanced level of computer literacy;
• Leadership skills;
• Ability to timely and efficiently perform assigned tasks;
• Skills of effective communication at all levels;
• Organizational and time management skills;
