Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Registration of Kazakhstani visas for foreign pilots and their family members
• Registration of Schengen and other types of visas for crew members
• Registration of notifications, registrations for foreign crew members.
• Preparation of invitation letters for foreign pilots.
• Entering data on visas into the AIMS system and monitoring them.
• Keeping financial records for the costs associated with the issuance of visas, invitations.

REQIIREMENTS:

• English – Upper Intermediate
• Work experience in an area of visas arrangements
• Communication, teamwork, attentiveness to details, ability to work under the pressure, responsibility.
• Knowledge of legal documents relating to migration issues
