Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities and for revenue generation.
• Plan and implement all Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve revenue target and company objectives.
• Planning the Marketing- / Promotional plan and activating Marketing and promotional activities plus controlling same to achieve best results in the region.
• Responsible for all Marketing, Promotions and Sales functions
• To assist and support Regional Manager with regard to all daily business functions and to ensure optimal results in terms of business objectives and business continuity.
• Responsible and leading all Marketing– and Sales staff and directing all Sales- & Reservations staff to ensure that company business objectives are fulfilled and to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Administration and management functions related to Sales- and Reservations staff based in regional online points . 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree or similar in Sales & Marketing and management.
• Experience: +/- 5  years in Airline service or related industry.
• Proficiency on advanced computer applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is an essential requirement of the job.
• Very good knowledge of the aviation- and tourism industry.
• Excellent social skills including the ability to work in a team and  under pressure, hands on approach to daily  responsibilities.
• Fluency in English language (Russian is an advantage) is mandatory for this position.
