Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To control the turnaround chart timeline of the aircraft handling within the station
• To receive the estimated time of arrival of the aircraft within the station, transmit it to all internal related services via radio communication.
• To organize and control the flights preparation to departure and arrival by the aircrafts within the station.
• To call the necessary services and/or equipment upon request of the flight deck crew in cooperation with the airport services
• To coordinate and, if possible, adjust the allocation of the airline's aircrafts with the airport dispatching services within the station
• To control the execution of all services of person responsible for loading and other related services by using Station Control System (SCS), and, if necessary, record the accepted services in the desktop version within the station.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills, multitasking, flexibility, attentiveness
• English level intermediate (oral, written)
• Knowledge of PCs, office applications (MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)
• Ability to work in difficult conditions (under pressure)
• Results Focused, Decision Making, Accuracy in planning/forecasting
