Description

Higher Education in Mathematics is preferable. 

     To prepare short, medium and long term forecasting by fleet and rank, particularly focusing on Crew productivity and operational flexibility. Produce KPI for flight deck and                cabin  crew, and monitor behavior of crew productivity. To achieve optimal use of flight and cabin crew resources and creates proposals to increase the efficiency in the roster.

     To develop the resource plan, ensuring that it is maintained in line with commercial, operational and business changes.

     To maintain, calculate accurate manpower resource plans for flight and cabin crew, including updating the plans independently based on updated flight program or updated              actual crew numbers in the establishment plan.

      To check, update, support the planning and delivery of key processes including recruitment, standby plans, training plans, leave availability, always ensuring efficiency,                    flexibility and company and regulatory compliance.

      To analyze of various crew performance data, trend monitoring on monthly basis.

      To prepare budget (annual and 5-year) and performance reporting.

      To control, monitor and suggest improvements plans to increase the crew productivity, pairing productivity and minimize inefficiency days.

      To retrieve and reformat/calculate crew man-day reports in order to produce monthly statistics to be fed into the establishment planning model.

      To assist the manager crew planning in updating information in the establishment movement tracker to maintain an accurate long-term picture of manpower resource                       requirements.

     To retrieve and reformat/calculate/combine crew hour’s reports to produce management information reports.

     To build long-term crew routes (pairings) up to date to cover the flying program optimally.

     To improve crew pairing productivity proposing changes in the crew routes.

     To run the computerized automatic leave award system once per year.

     To produce flight deck and cabin crew key performance Indicator (KPI) on monthly basis.

     To make the contractor's leave days to contractors when they are joining the company.

     To support Fatigue Risk Supervisor in the analysis of fatigue reports: provide detailed data based on SAFTE-FAST (bio-mathematical scientific program to analyze crew roster          for fatigue) complying with actual roster and write a fatigue report.

     To support Fatigue Risk Supervisor reviewing crew roster compliance with fatigue measurement through SAFTE-FAST once per month before the crew roster/schedule                    publication.

     To assist Fatigue Risk Supervisor before crew roster publication, check if both flight deck and cabin crew schedules are complied with Fatigue Risk Management.

     To assist Fatigue Risk Supervisor in the production of the data on fatigue metrics based on actual and published roster in order to monitor/take necessary steps to produce              good/safe roster, if needed/required.

      To retrieve and reformat/calculate crew roster/schedule report in order to produce monthly fatigue related statistics: top ten fatiguing flights, base/fleet/rank metrics.
