Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To carry out the development of prospective and current plans (graphs) of different types of repair of existing equipment of buildings and structures, as well as measures to improve their operation and maintenance, make estimates of economic expenses together with an interior design and repair engineer.
• To monitor the implementation of the approved work plans (schedules) by contractors.
• To analyze the reasons for the increased wear, breakdowns and downtime equipment and to participate in the investigation of their causes, and reasons of injury, take measures to prevent them.
• To make up application and specifications for spare parts of equipment, supplies, tools, and to monitor the correctness of their expenditure.
• To keep records and certification of the engineering equipment of buildings, structures and other fixed assets to make necessary technical documentation for maintenance.
• To coordinate with the authorities responsible for technical supervision, issues, related to exploitation of engineering systems of buildings and structures.
• To participate in development of design documentation on objects of construction and reconstruction.
• To develop annual budget expenditure within the framework of the competence.
• To organize smooth operation of proper maintenance and repair of engineering communications of buildings, energy equipment  and related equipment.
• To propose new, effective methods of operation and optimization of costs (savings) for the maintenance of engineering systems in operational condition.
• Keep records and control of all equipment, spare parts, parts and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Education in technical field (engineer bachelor degree of  control and measuring devices and equipment).
• High IT literacy and user of office applications Office, Oracle ERP)/ Possession of office applications (Microsoft Office, Oracle ERP)
• Knowledge of engineering networks, communications,  unified  system  of  preventative maintenance  and  efficient  operation  of  process equipment.            
• Knowledge of procedure for drawing up the  estimates  for  repairs,  requests  for  equipment, materials, spare parts, tools, etc.
• Electrical allowance at least the 4rd group.
• Kazakh: Fluent Conversational/ Advanced; Russian: Fluent Conversational
• Previous work experience required +/- 3 years.
• Good organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
