FlyArystan is expanding rapidly across international markets — and we’re seeking an accomplished Director Sales Worldwide to lead our global commercial growth. This is a strategic executive role responsible for accelerating revenue, deepening market penetration, and elevating our brand as we continue our international expansion.

About the Role

As Director Sales Worldwide, you will define and execute FlyArystan’s global sales strategy, lead a high-performing international team, and build strong commercial partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with commercial planning, marketing, network development, and operations to ensure FlyArystan’s sales initiatives support successful route launches and long-term commercial success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of global sales strategies that deliver revenue and market-share growth.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire an ambitious sales team.
  • Drive international route performance through coordinated commercial planning and targeted market activation.
  • Build and strengthen relationships across all market stakeholders including aggregators, travel agencies, OTAs, corporate clients, government bodies, and industry partners.
  • Use market insights, competitive analysis, and advanced analytics to guide commercial decisions and optimize performance.
  • Oversee sales promotions and initiatives that enhance market visibility and maximize profitability.
  • Foster a customer-centric commercial culture across all sales operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, bilateral frameworks, and internal standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10+ years of commercial or sales leadership experience within the aviation industry.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and international market expansion.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-border teams.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp commercial acumen and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of global airline market dynamics, distribution channels, and regulatory environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
