Description

E-Learning Developer is responsible for the visual concept, multimedia design, and technical setup of online courses, as well as supporting digital learning projects for employees across Air Astana Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop visual concepts for online learning projects in accordance with Air Astana Training Academy standards.
• Prepare and setup online courses using iSpring Suite, Articulate, Easygenerator, and other authoring tools.
• Configure interactive elements, quizzes, video inserts, and multimedia components.
• Create graphic materials such as presentations, infographics, posters, banners, course covers, icons, and more.
• Develop handouts and supplementary learning resources.
• Provide consultations to colleagues on visual style and the use of development and design tools.
• Participate in the QA process by identifying and resolving visual, technical, and content-related issues.
• Improve user experience (UX) and the visual quality of courses based on feedback and learning analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or multimedia development.
• Portfolio (required).
• Proficiency with graphic design tools: Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience with course authoring tools: iSpring Suite, Easygenerator, Articulate 360 (preferred).
• Strong motivation for continuous learning and development in EdTech and multimedia.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• English language – Intermediate level.
