RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To implement efficient strategy of sales, plan and coordinate methods, current and new products sales technologies on the market of the country.
  • To track, identify and grow passenger revenue of the country and give recommendation to head office to implement beneficial change.
  • To maximize revenue and profit generation from passenger and cargo sales in the assigned country via all distribution channels, through the most effective and innovative sales and marketing and airline partnership campaigns, within the agreed timescales and budgets.
  • To track operations and performance of the station within the country.
  • To manage online and offline passenger and cargo sales activities across all distribution channels of the country.
  • To implement and organize compliance of marketing plan of the country.
  • To manage marketing & promotional activities with aim to maximize revenue and support sales.
  • To plan, initiate, control the compliance and perform within the approved budget limits.
  • To educate, drive and motivate marketing and sales teams (including GSA) of the country through use of analytical tools, professional expertise and own experience, best market practices.
  • To promote direct sales (GSA), in-direct sales Travel agents, tour operators, TMC (Travel Management Company) via sales calls, trainings, workshops. Ensure the availability of promo products. Keep active interaction with market within the assigned country.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Distribution channel management skills.
  • Sales mechanisms, processes and cycles.
  • Manpower and Cost Management skills.
  • IATA Industry standard practices.
  • Advanced English.
  • Detailed and creative approach to work.
  • Be able to work in the systems MonaLisa, Amadeus, AIMS;
  • Be able to use MicroStrategy system;
  • Ability to work with documents and contracts

  • Building high-level relationships with partners, regulators
