Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full processing of airline flights based on passenger lists with special/payable requests and in accordance with safety requirements.
• Ordering in-flight meals for the airline’s flights, including special meal according to requests in PNRs.
• Reconciliation of supplier service invoices and initiate payment in the airline’s system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To organize and working off process and request of servicing a special category of passengers
• Monitoring of vouchers issued to prevent possible irregularities and ensure transparency of processes

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Higher education.  Preferably Aviation education.
• Previous experience in the field +/- 2 years.
• Language proficiency: Russian – fluent, English –intermediate, Kazakh – intermediate.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and be able to present clearly and accurately.
• Analytical, organizational skills.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
• Multitasking and Attention to details
• Knowledge of DCS Crane
