Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the process of developing and launching products and services;
• Form a product development strategy together with business owners: identify segments, needs, expectations and problems of customers at each stage of problem solving;
• Form the backlog of tasks and the product roadmap; coordinate the roadmap and backlog with business owners, participate in weekly/monthly product meetings with owners, present product metrics
• Research and draw up a portrait of the user and CJM, find problems and growth points;
• Analyze product features and hypotheses through AB tests, qualitative and quantitative research; improve user experience through custdev, product and web analytics;
• To improve the commercial performance of products and services together with the owners;
• Set up and control metrics systems in the product; prepare analytics and visualize data on metrics for owners
• Work on the implementation of new features, analyze and quantify the results of releases;
• Draw up functional requirements for products and services for their subsequent implementation; write those. assignments for developers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work experience as a product manager / owner / from 3 years
• Business Analyst experience is a plus
• Degree in IT preferred
• Experience in conducting AV tests and experiments
• Knowledge of analytics tools, understanding and ability to interpret web statistics indicators
• Basic knowledge of SQL would be a plus
• Ability to see behind the numbers the actions of real users and explain why their behavior has changed
• Knowledge of prototyping programs (for example, Figma)
• Knowledge of the process of creating and developing a product;
• Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English languages (written/oral) at a confident level
