Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be responsible for De-icing Program (DPM) and update DPM in accordance to Law of RK, international standards IATA\ICAO, SAE and etc.
• Update DIAS by NOTAM and audits
• Reports to Director of Ground Service about DIAS
• To develop quality control of outsource functions
• Updates cargo or de-icing requirements\standards if needed
•  Sign the contract  with service providers if needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: higher education.
• Previous experience in specialty +/- 3 years.
• Knowledge of languages: Russian - fluent, English -upper intermediate, Kazakh – upper-intermediate.
• Legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating the activities of the airline, knowledge of state and international safety standards (according to ICAO, IATA).
• Business correspondence and telephone negotiation skills.
• Managerial skills, leadership, conflict resolution skills, stress resistance, ability to make decisions independently
• Effective communication with subordinates, internal and external customers
