REQUIREMENTS:

  • Aviation vocational education and airline operational functionary experience not less than 5 years
  • Language skills: Kazakh, Russian and English.
  • The ability for clear expression in writing, good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the Company
  • To be completely trustworthy and protective of confidential matters
  • Accident ⁄ Incident investigation qualification and experience is preferable
  • To be capable of working alone (at times under pressure)
  • Discipline, responsibility, punctuality and high efficiency
  • Supervisory experience
  • Organisational ability
  • Computer literacy.
  • Pilot licence

DUTIES

•            Coordinate the Accident Prevention and Aviation Safety programme (APASP) coordination specific to Flight Operations activities.

•            Conduct Flight operations safety investigations and surveys, monitor and supervise satisfactory resolution of Safety Reports related to Flight Operations

•            Flight operations services’ risk identification, evaluation and minimisation actions.

•            Provide information and advice to the Flight Ops management team and the airline in general on all matters relating to the safe flight operation of Company aircraft.

•            Monitor Flt Ops QA/Safety audits for potential areas of improvement

•            Safety compliance specialist Flight Operations must interact with Flight crew, Flight Operations management and staff as well as related disciplines inside and external to KC that can influence safety of Flight Operations activities.

•            Coordinate aviation safety programme training/education for Flight Operations staff.
