Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze existing business processes of the airline, identify business needs, and propose solutions for their automation.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, collect, and structure user stories.
• Conduct acceptance testing of new solutions (systems, integrations) and coordinate interactions with business users.
• Participate in IT projects aimed at improving business systems and processes.
• Ensure effective communication with internal departments, external suppliers, and developers.
• Monitor the performance and availability of business applications and implement improvements.
• Analyze incidents and problems, propose solutions and preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and instructions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Business, or related disciplines.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a business or systems analyst.
• Knowledge of methodologies and tools for business and systems analysis (UML, BPMN, IDEF).
• Experience with technical specifications, including system design, data analysis, and solution integration.
• Understanding of software development processes and the IT system lifecycle.
• Proficiency in project and task management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of technical stacks and understanding of REST API, SOAP, relational databases (SQL), integration systems, and data flow management.
• Experience in solution architecture design, documentation of integrations, and impact assessments of changes.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify root causes, and work with complex systems.
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, and visualizations.
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and access management.
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or higher.
