Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To timely initiate procurement procedures for purchasing of goods, works and services according to the position and its scale of complexity required for Airline’s functioning and core business made in accordance with the procedure set by the Manual of Airline and civil legislation of Kazakhstan.
To select supplier in accordance with the Manual.
To initiate and conclude contracts on projects according to the position and its scale of complexity within the time limits indicated in the Manual and in accordance with the terms of the procurement.
To control proper and timely execution of contracts for goods, works and services on the projects of average, high complexity / importance, and to notify the initiator of procurement in case of supplier’s violation of terms and conditions of the provision of services / work performance.
REQIIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree
Previous work experience required +/- 3 years.
Legal texts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and methodological legal texts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, that regulate procurement procedures. Knowledge of procurement procedures of «Samruk Kazyna» JSC
Procurement Manual of the Airline.
Incoterms 2010.
Fluent Russian and Kazakh, English - Upper intermediate level; (writing formal letters, express thoughts clearly and grammatically correct during a conversation on the phone/meetings/negotiations).
