Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in developmnent of the project management process;
• Definition of the concept, charter, tasks, goals, stages and final result of the project, preparation and presentation of its presentation to business users;
• Development of a plan for the preparation and implementation of the project, the allocation of control points from the general list of tasks;
• Conduct a pre-analysis of the project together with analysts, identify project requirements from stakeholders and customers;
• Maintaining standard project documentation;
• Coordinate the process of development and implementation of the project;
• Submit projects to the Project Committee for approval;
• Identification of project participants and establishment of effective communication;
• Preparation of project documentation and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in IT project management from 3 years;
• Knowledge of languages: Russian - fluent, English Upper Intermediate;
• Experience in documentation and business correspondence, incl. in English;
• Understanding the code (do not write);
• Knowledge of MS Project;
• Experience in project management in large companies using PMI PMBOK, Agile PM methodologies;
• Personal qualities: communication skills, resistance to stress, independence, responsibility, result orientation, proactivity, interaction with a team/several teams.
