Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the efficiency and continuity of activities in the field of economic security;
• Exercise control over the development and implementation of policies, standards, methodologies and/or regulations in the field of economic security;
• Coordinate work to identify and eliminate threats of financial, material and moral damage that pose a danger to the functioning and development of the Company (planning and conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections);
• Exercise control over the development and application of a set of organizational and legal measures aimed at preventing, neutralizing and eliminating factors contributing to staff abuse of their official duties;
• Establish circumstances, suppress and prevent disclosure of information constituting commercial and official secrets;
• Participate and/or exercise general management in internal investigations and inspections on the detection and prevention of violations, regulatory documents of the Airline and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (until complete completion), as a result of which material damage was caused or could be caused and damage to the reputation of the Airline ( including control over the preparation of all materials, including memos, as well as the preparation of recommendations for corrective actions (if necessary));
• Interact with law enforcement and other authorities, carry out joint activities to prevent, suppress and investigate cases affecting the interests of the Airline;
• Prepare regular reports on the work done, as well as on the status of the current functional requirements of activities in the field of economic security;
• Perform special tasks assigned by the company’s management within the competence of activities in the field of economic security;
• Provide consulting support to structural units in terms of interpretation and reading of the legal regulatory framework in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in terms of ensuring economic security;
• Carry out other functions related to the field of economic security

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher professional education in the fields of economics and/or law and/or other field corresponding to the nature of the tasks and functions performed in the field of economic security;
• Previous experience in the specialty is 5 years;
• Experience in law enforcement agencies (is an advantage);
• Level of language proficiency: Kazakh – intermediate, Russian – professional, English – below average (preferable);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of PC, office applications (MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)
