Description
Main job duties:
- Develop Airline’s 5-year business and strategic plans.
- Develop and update 5 (five) year development pan for JSC “Samruk-Kazyna”.
- Carry out main types of financial analysis, including assessment of the Aircraft (hereinafter - AC), the methods of financing AC and etc.
- Interact with JSC “Samruk-Kazyna” on a daily basis with regards to short and long-term planning and investments.
- Prepare a response to official inquiries from organizations regulating the activities of the Airline, related the development plans of the Airline.
- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports, references, and surveys on the Airline’s development plans for management, shareholders, creditors of the company and supervising governmental and public bodies.
- Coordinate the timely receipt of information from other structural divisions of the enterprise in connection with the development of business plans of the Company.
- Administrate AC and engines purchase and financing agreements.
- Participate in various projects to provide support on financial, commercial issues and risk coordination.
Qualification specifications:
- Education - Bachelor degree
- Specialization - Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit
- Work experience required - +/- 3 years.
- Knowledge required - Legislation and regulations governing the financial activities of JSC "Air Astana"; principles and procedures of the development of business plans and strategies of JSC "Air Astana"; basics of the business modelling; basics of budgeting and planning processes; the accounting policy of JSC "Air Astana".
- Skills - Organizational and planning skills of working time; knowledge of Russian – fluent, Kazakh – basic and English - upper-intermediate level; advanced user of Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Personal characteristics - Sociability, benevolence, professionalism, diligence, punctuality.
