Description

To interact with the customs authorities and phytosanitary control in customs bonded warehouse (hereinafter - CBW) on its area for sending / receiving of spare parts, components, tools equipment for maintenance (hereinafter - cargo) as well as other cargo for the needs of the Airline by request and with the permission of the responsible manager of Airline (hereinafter - other cargo), departing / arriving from / to address of the Airline.

To monitor the delivery cargo / other cargo to the technical store, commercial store and tool store and interact with other company departments on delivery of cargo / other cargo from / to CBW on its area.

No previous work experience required. 1-4 weeks of on the job traning is enough.

Requirements of guidelines and procedures of the Airline in providing aviation security in the amount of their official job duties.

Fluency in Russian, Kazakh languages spoken Proficiency in English on an Elementary level.

Understanding of the Customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the customs legislation of the Customs Union within the Eurasian Economic Community.

Terms of carriage of goods by car, air, rail transport.

Automated logistics operations management system TSA (by the end of probation period).

Good planning skills of working time.

Focus on results.

A detailed approach to work.

Computerized system of Aircraft maintenance management (TRAX) in the amount sufficient to perform their duties (to the end of probation period)

Knowledge of computer applications MS Office and Adobe Acrobat at the level of an experienced user.
