To administer the Airline’s certificate of approval for certification personnel.
Store and update files with personal documentation of technical personnel.
Update registers on the server of the quality assurance department.
Regularly update the information in the database of the airline's electronic access system (hereinafter CCA).
Administer approved vendors in the Qpulse software database.
Upon request of the direct manager, prepare the documents required for submission to the authorized parties in the certification process of the Department of Engineering Services of Air Astana JSC.
Prepare the necessary documents related to the activities of the department / department as directed by the manager.
3 years of experience in the aviation’s document administration.
Knowledge of English and Russian, preferably knowledge of the Kazakh language.
Fluebt PC user, analytical skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
