Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine and plan on a continuous basis the need for goods, works, services for the activities of the departments of the Airline.
• Timely create applications for the conclusion of contracts and the supply of goods, works and services
• Control the duration and amount of contracts
• Supervise the work of the Department on a daily basis
• Correct and introduce requirements into the technical specification for procurement in accordance with the needs of the Departments of the Airline and the requirements of the Regulations
• Analyze the need for GWS based on historical data, stock availability and the planned need of the Airline Departments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: higher, in finance, economics, logistics, management
• Previous work experience in the specialty 3-4 years
• Knowledge required to qualify for the position:
• Requirements of the governing documents and procedures of the Airline within the scope of its official duties
• Knowledge of languages: English: Intermediate, Kazakh: Intermediate, Russian: Fluent.
• Personal qualities: organization, resistance to stress, focus on results, communication skills, responsibility, ability to work in a team.
