Description

The Analyst Developer is responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, assigning tasks to an external development team and actively collaborating with the team throughout the development process, including code review, acceptance, and release planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development team.
• Analyze existing systems, integrations, and processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Work closely with development team, participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Ensure code quality, reusability, security, and performance.
• Support API integrations with internal systems and external vendors.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-release monitoring.
• Contribute to incident analysis, root cause identification and fix implementation.
• Ensure proper documentation of solutions and changes.
• Actively use AI-powered tools to support and enhance analysis, development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and delivery activities,

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in software development
• Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience working with databases (SQL / NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure)
• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
