Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participation in the development of advertising campaigns, drawing up an advertising budget plan within the framework of agreed activities, approved cost estimates and media plans;
  • Preparation of reporting presentations on the conducted promotional activities, as well as reports on requests in accordance with the tasks set;
  • Participation in the analysis of competitors' activities, the study of market trends, the ability to offer non-standard solutions for promoting the brand / services;
  • Work with projects, advertising and communication agencies, manufacturers of souvenir and promotional products, contractors, event agencies, etc.;
  • Keeping records on barter and sponsorship agreements; Issuance of tickets under barter agreements;
  • Interaction with the financial department, timely document flow with suppliers and payment for services;
  • Interaction and marketing support for internal clients of the company, as well as its own business unit.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in the field of Marketing / advertising / economics / PR and communication / foreign languages;
  • At least 1 year of experience in an airline.
  • Confident PC user, MS Office.
  • Experience in interaction with suppliers and knowledge of business communication ethics;
  • Good oral and written communication;
  • Attention to detail and stress resistance;
  • Proficiency in Russian and English at an advanced level;
  • Knowledge of the Kazakh language is welcome.
  • Knowledge of the basics of document management;
  • Responsibility and self-discipline, ability to plan one's work, time management;
  • Knowledge and use of the Amadeus booking system.
