Requirements:

• Knowledge of Kazakh and English is upper intermediate, Russian - fluent;
• Work experience in hospitality sphere providing high level service;
• Customer focus;
• Ability to work in team;
• Ability to follow the rules and procedures, discipline;
• Flexibility;
• Attached photo to the CV.

Duties:

• Work with business class passengers, providing high-quality service;
• Preparation of the lounge before departures, control over the maintenance of a neat appearance of the business lounge;
• Meeting guests, control over the admission of passengers to the business lounge;
• Informing passengers regarding the status of flights;
• Food and drinks service, work with dishes and utensils.

Conditions:

• Shift schedule, including night time;
• Wearing uniform, constant compliance with appearance standards by an agent;
• Teamwork, cooperation with other airport services.
