Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

§  Implement and develop all systems and software and hardware used in the ground handling department.

§  Coordinate the implementation plan of systems, services and software with the immediate supervisor.

§  Implement, conduct development, conduct tests, control the through check-in service, both within the airline’s flights, and for through check-in partners.

§  Implement, conduct development, conduct tests, support DCS service.

§  Implement, conduct development, conduct tests with government organizations on the provision of preliminary information on passengers on airline flights.

§  Implement, conduct development, conduct tests to provide additional methods of passenger registration.

§  Coordinate work with the department of information technology, assist in the development of IT solutions related to passenger registration in DCS on airline flights.

§  Carry out an annual check of the equipment for operability at the place of use.

§  Make changes to the registration system settings for correct operation.

§  Carry out work on setting up equipment that works with the registration system.

§   Engage in the implementation of registration systems according to a given plan.

§  Make the necessary changes to the systems, services, and software used in the ground handling department.

§  Coordinate the work of the project team.

§  Organize training for staff necessary to work with the systems, services and software used in the ground handling department. 

REQUIREMENTS:

§  Higher or secondary special education in the specialty of software hardware for automated systems.

§  Previous experience in the specialty - 2-3 years.

§  Knowledge of the networks and topology of DCS passenger check-in systems.

§  Experience in Amadeus applications: Altea CM / FM, Admin Gui, as well as other applications related to the DCS registration system.

§  Knowledge of the basic structure of the software and hardware complex for working with DCS systems.

§  Knowledge of the correct design and resolution of incidents related to the program.

§  Knowledge of RESTAV formats for ATV VTR DCP DGR equipment in the AMADEUS ALTEA DCS registration system.

§  Knowledge of the principles of TTY AFTN SITA ARINC services teletype messages.

§  Knowledge of the principles of SSC CUSS registration systems used at airports.

§  Knowledge of the principles of operation of self-registration systems through various communication channels.

§  English proficiency is not lower than Intermediate level.

§  Advanced use MS EXCEL (MS office).

§  Fast learner.

§  Effective communications.

§  Analytical skills.
