Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine and plan on a continuous basis the need for goods, works, and services for the activities of the departments of the Airline.
• Timely create applications for the conclusion of contracts and the supply of goods, works and services
• Control the duration and amount of contracts
• Supervise the work of the Department on a daily basis
• Correct and introduce requirements into the technical specification for the purchase in accordance with the needs of the Departments of the Airline and the requirements of the Regulations
• Analyze demand based on historical data, stock availability and planned demand of Airline Departments
• Contribute ideas for the development of activities aimed at improving the efficiency of the department.
• Optimize the expenses of the Airline related to the activities of the department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: higher, in finance, economics, logistics, management
• Previous work experience in the specialty 3-4 years
• Knowledge required to qualify for the position:
• Requirements of the governing documents and procedures of the Airline within the scope of its official duties
• Languages: English: Intermediate, Kazakh: Intermediate, Russian: Fluent.
• Personal qualities: organization, stress resistance, focus on results, communication skills, responsibility, ability to work in a team.
