Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic planning of marketing and advertising activities of the company;
- Market research, collection and analysis of information;
- Planning, budgeting and implementation of marketing activities;
- Participation in the formation of an advertising strategy, drawing up an advertising budget plan for a month, quarter, year within the framework of agreed activities, approved cost estimates and media plans;
- Analysis of advertising campaigns and preparation of reporting presentations on advertising activities carried out, as well as reports on requests in accordance with the tasks set;
- Participation in the development of campaign creative, key message, negotiating with suppliers;
- Analysis of competitors' activities, study of market trends, generation of ideas, ability to offer non-standard solutions for brand/service promotion;
- Communication and control of service/goods providers;
- Knowledge of digital communication channels, knowledge of targeted, contextual, display advertising, e-marketing
- Work with projects, advertising and communication agencies, manufacturers of souvenirs and promotional products, contractors, event agencies, etc.;
- Conclusion of contracts, estimates and project management;
- Interaction and marketing support for internal clients of the company;
- Interaction and coordination of the work of the creative team, preparation of promotional materials (writing technical specifications and briefs, coordination, control);
- Communication with different divisions of the company for the successful implementation of marketing activities;
- Work with external clients, chambers of commerce, sports clubs, organizations on sponsorship and barter interactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in the field of Marketing / advertising / economics / PR and communication;
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Confident PC user, MS Office.
- Presentation skills, project management skills;
- Experience in interaction with suppliers and knowledge of business communication ethics;
- Knowledge in digital marketing
- Competent oral and written speech, attentiveness and stress resistance;
- Excellent command of Russian, Kazakh and English.
- Knowledge of document management principles
- Responsibility and self-discipline, ability to plan one's work, time management;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
- Knowledge and use of the Amadeus Global Booking System preferred
