Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and coach the Engineering and Maintenance Finance team in their day-to-day responsibilities for financial analysis and control of Engineering and Maintenance expenses and revenues.
  • Control of all Engineering and Maintenance Department income and expenses, including the individual engineering and maintenance processes and also procedures for ACs, engines and their components.
  • Conduct monthly accounts review to ensure completeness of income and expense records, analysis and execution of expense control procedures
  • To manage and coordinate the procedure of monthly financial period closing of the Engineering & Maintenance Department’s revenues and expenses in accordance with the deadlines of the Finance Department, set by the Chief Accountant of the Airline
  • Engage in testing and automation processes of ERP, KS Pay and related programs necessary for daily work
  • Implement the accrual accounting system for the Engineering and Maintenance Department's overhead expenses using the corporate accounting system. Ensure proper accounting records of the Engineering and Maintenance Department's revenues, expenses, and balance sheets in consultation with the Chief Accountant.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in accounting, auditing and finance.
  • Previously work experience in a similar or related position for at least 5 years.
  • Experience in team management and staff motivation.
  • Good knowledge of international accounting standards and IFRS.
  • Ability to analyze company financial reporting, expenses and revenue.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle ERP, especially inventory and fixed assets modules, and work experience in Trax and AIMS is preferable
  • ACCA, DipIFR certificates will be an advantage
  • Level of English - sufficient for communication, correspondence, understanding of aviation technical documentation within the framework of the assigned tasks.
