Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work on financial processes of the expense part of the department.
• Conduct interim control throughout the month over the expense processes in the department.
• Participate in reviewing contracts and reflect expenses in the system, account for payments, and make payments to clients/suppliers in accordance with contract terms.
• Analyze the department's expenses within the scope of the cost center group of the department.
• Monthly financial period closure.
• Optimize processes to improve the efficiency of business processes.
• Prepare necessary information related to the department's finances.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to think and act in a proactive manner.
• Skills in effective communication at all levels.
• Advanced user of MS Office.
• Business correspondence skills.
• Analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of Trax, Technical Supply, and Aims systems.
