Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To organize the work of the Group in line with production targets, according to the financial, technical, operational documentation and procedures of the Airline.
• To control development, preparation and analysis of “Engineering management information reports”, which meet the requirements of E&M department management.
• To contribute to monthly accounting closing procedures in the terms established by the central finance department and approved by the chief accountant.
• To determine revenue and cost of single processes of E&M department on a regular basis, as well as procedures of its maintenance. Complete “Engineering management Information Report” with this data and present it in the form of separate reports for further decision making by management of E&M department. Improve “Engineering management information report” in accordance with requirements of E&M department management.
• To coordinate relevant departments and inform managers about the problems and possible alternative solutions to emerging issues.
• To determine, prepare and coordinate changes in TRAX system for the purpose of posting the transactions with appropriate analytics in a narrative form for “Engineering management information report”.
• To manage preparation and appraisal of annual revenue budget of E&M department, operational expenses and capital expenditure budget, and also manpower budget, taking into account comments of E&M department management. Perform other duties, connected with budget preparation of E&M department in accordance with corporate deadlines of budget submission.
• To contribute to preparation and assessment of the annual revenue, operational expenditure, capital expenditure and manpower budget of the E&M department. Carry out other functions related to budget preparation of the E&M department in accordance with corporate deadlines of budget submission.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Finance.
• Previous relevant experience up to 2 years is desirable.
• Knowledge of IFRS, management accounting, budgeting
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Languages proficiency: Russian – fluent, English – intermediate, Kazakh - preferably
