Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of design solutions in the field of aviation fuel supply
• Preparation of analytical and presentation materials
• Management and maintenance of automation processes
• Monitoring and analysis of commodity markets for petroleum products, pricing
• Interaction with government agencies and relevant organizations on aviation fuel supply to the airline.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher legal and/or economic education
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position
• English (not lower than advanced), Kazakh (written/oral)
• Business writing skills (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Mandatory skills of conducting business correspondence with the state. authorities
• Excellent analytical and management skills
• Project work experience
• Knowledge of Civil Code in terms of contractual relationships
• Knowledge of transport legislation in the field of road, rail and inland water transport
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of transportation and storage of petroleum products
