Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the design, development and implementation of distance learning learning products
• Maintaining the necessary documentation for the development of online courses / webinars.
• Responsible for the methodological and technical part in the development of online courses / webinars
• Responsible for promoting online learning among Air Astana Group employees
• Participate in the review of distance learning results reporting to develop/improve distance learning standards.
• Take part in projects for the implementation, automation and development of online learning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree, preferred: IT specialties, pedagogical education
• Certification in coaching/education preferred
• Previous experience in the specialty +/- 3 years is desirable
• Knowledge of online course development methodology
• Knowledge of the basics of pedagogy, educational models in online learning
• Language proficiency: Russian (spoken), English (basic - required, spoken - desirable). Knowledge of the Kazakh language is welcome.
• Computer literacy, first of all - knowledge of Power Point at the level of a confident user
• Experience in online course development programs (ISpring Suite, Articulate Storyline) is desirable
• Attention to technical details
