Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for various positions in the company.
  • Identify the assessment tools applicable for the selection, based on the vacancy profile.
  • Conducting interviews/assessment centers for candidates.
  • Continuous interaction with hiring managers to select the best talent.
  • Constant interaction with colleagues from merged departments, if necessary.
  • Participation in internal projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: higher;
  • Recruiter experience - from 2 years;
  • Languages: Russian - fluent, English - Upper Intermediate, Kazakh – Intermediate/advanced;
  • Confident PC user, MS Office;
  • Knowledge of assessment center tools, incl. conducting competency-based interviews;
  • Desirable knowledge of the basics of personnel records management;
  • Responsibility, multitasking, organization and time planning, communication skills, task management and prioritization.
