Description

Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for launching new airline routes, including market analysis, target audience identification, and communication strategy development.
• Organization and execution of offline marketing activities, including BTL promotions, special offers, POS materials, and events aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting customers.
• Development and management of partnership projects and sponsorship programs with external organizations, including sports clubs and cultural institutions, to strengthen brand presence in the market.
• Conducting marketing research (both qualitative and quantitative) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify new promotional opportunities.
• Analyzing competitors and market trends to develop innovative and creative marketing solutions for the company’s services.
• Collaboration with internal departments to provide marketing support and coordinate joint projects.
• Managing a small team (1 junior specialist and/or 1 intern), including task assignment, performance monitoring, and professional development.

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in Marketing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in aviation, tourism, FMCG, telecom, or creative agencies.
• Proven strategic planning and campaign execution skills, including offline marketing and BTL activities.
• Experience in developing and implementing partnership and sponsorship projects.
• Strong analytical skills for marketing research and campaign performance evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independence, and proactivity.
• Fluent in Russian and English; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage.
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
