Description

Crew Logistic Officer is required in Crew Control.

The Crew Control operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; and is the center unit of co-ordination and decision for Air Astana crew members operating roster.

Crew Control Staff is responsible for managing of the Air Astana crew members’ published roster, by taken into consideration the Flight Time Limitation (FTL) requirements, as well as the Employment Regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Company’s policies when producing and updating the crew members’ rosters, in order to ensure flight safety and resolve operational issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check in/out, advice, inform the crew in written form and orally on roster changes by taken into consideration the Flight Time Limitation (FTL) requirements.
• Check, monitor and ensure the processing and transmission of crew flight documentation and provide them to appropriate services and crew.
• To ensure transportation, hotel accommodation, tickets and blocks for company operational crew.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility.
• Ability to leaning.
• Logical thinking.
• Knowledge of Russian (competent oral/written language) and English (Intermediate level) of languages.
• To be able to conduct negotiations orally and by phone (to have good diction).
• Ability to resolve the conflicts.
• Resilient to stress.
• Team player.
• Knowledge of the personal computer, office applications (MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK) on level of competent user.
• English requirement- Intermediate lever.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Place of work: Almaty, Akhmetov Str 1A, Air Astana Office Center 2.
• Full employment, shift working hours.
• Shift schedule: 2 days 08.00-20.00; 2 nights 20.00-08.00 and 4 days off.
