Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To carry out work on the preparation of documents for issuance, issuance itself, availability and movement of crew member certificates and all types of airport passes for airline employees.
• Prepare applications and submit for approval to the management of the National Security Committee, border and customs services and to the airport
• Pay the agreed applications for passes and inform the management of services and employees about the timing of obtaining or replacing passes to the airport
• Control the receipt of passes of airline employees
• Participate in the development and revision of guidance documents in the airline for AVSEC.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Higher (technical, legal) or secondary (technical and professional) education;
• At least two years of service as an aviation personnel, or at least one year of service as an aviation security specialist, or at least one year of service in aviation security at the end of a full-time or part-time studies in higher education civil aviation establishments registered with ICAO with a specialization in “Organization of Aviation Security at Air Transport”;
• Experience in the field of ensuring anti-terrorist protection of civil aviation facilities, organization and provision of especially important flights, in case of threats of ANV;
• Certificate of completion of aviation security courses issued at ICAO aviation security training centers.
