Description
Major function:
To provide administration and professional support on the issues related to organization and functioning of the Board of Directors and General Meeting of Stockholders, as well as to administrative issues of the unit.
Main job duties
1) To perform all
administrative and logistic issues for
arranging meetings of the Board of Directors and its Committees, General
Meetings of the Stockholders.
2) To write Minutes of the
Board of Directors and its Committees.
3) To control execution of the instructions of the Board of Directors.
4) To take part in development of the internal documents and procedures of the Company falling into the competence of the Stockholders, Board of Directors.
5) To perform translations of
the documents into English, Russian and Kazakh languages related to the
functions of the Department.
6) To provide administrative support
to the unit.
Requirements:
· Law, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Languages
· Fluent Russian, Kazakh and English languages
· Strong inter-personal skills, friendliness, professional competence, diligence, punctuality and ability to handle stress
· Previous work experience required at least 3 years
