RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining training records;
• Organizing online and offline training, working with the database in the Training Resource management System;
• Working with requests from distance learning users,
• Technical and consulting assistance to users of various systems and programs in the Training Center and performing other urgent tasks of the distance learning and systems department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-4 year student in the IT field;
• Knowledge of languages: Russian - fluent, English - Intermediate level, Kazakh - desirable;
• Knowledge of programs: Advanced skills in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook + quick mastery of other systems and programs;
• Diligence, responsibility, organization and planning, desire and ability to learn, technical mindset, communication skills;
• Systems thinking.
