RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participation in the IPO preparation process. Interaction with investment bankers, depositary bank, lawyers, book-runners, consultants and others.
  • Organising the pre-listing process, pilot fishing meetings, finalization of the Prospectus. Publication of all necessary information about the listing commencement.
  • Managing the flow of financial and other related information between the Corporation, the shareholders and the financial community as well as managing internal and external IR activities.
  • Monitoring of shareholder positions and ownership trends.
  • Preparation and release of financial communications.
  • Participation in the preparation and conduction of AGM (annual general meeting of stockholders).
  • Preparation of presentations for investor conferences and company meetings; preparation of conference call scripts; coordination/facilitation of phone calls and meetings between senior management and the institutional community.
  • Staying abreast of the company performance and public opinion.
  • Working closely with the CFO to prepare analysis to support investor relations.
  • Managing the communication of quarterly earnings, drafting the news releases, teleconference scripts and slides.  Preparation of Q&As for management.
  • Production of the annual report (PDF and on-line versions), in accordance with listing and Disclosures Rules.
  • Submitting required information to LSE and KASE, in accordance with listing and Disclosures Rules.
  • Managing  the IR web site.
  • Managing the Road Shows including meetings with investors/analysts/bankers.
  • Using IR society networking and best practice, member of UK IR society.
  • Execution of additional instructions from the direct supervisor, within the framework of his qualification and position.

REQIIREMENTS:

  • Educational background - Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit
  • Previous work experience required + 3 years.
  • Knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages.
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial modelling and valuation concepts, strong analytical and research skills.
  • Knowledge of the basics of Investment activities and policy
  • Attentiveness to details.
  • Hospitability, stress resistance, diligence, accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and fulfill all assigned obligations precisely and on time.
  • Ability to make decisions independently in accordance with strictly established rules and requirements.
  • Ability to interact with the team and the immediate supervisor, as well as with representatives of other departments.
