To coordinate and control of quality and quantity of work of the airport handling company.
To organize and control timely check-in of passengers and baggage.
To organize and control of providing food and accommodation in hotels of passengers of delayed flights of airline.
To prepare and transfer timely the report to Manager Airport Services.
To coordinate a departure of passengers of the postponed / delayed flights on the following flight of the destination.
Control over timeliness and correctness of information support of passengers in the terminal of the airport.
To carry out the work with the deported passengers.
To control boarding process of passengers.
To control the filling acts of damage baggage PIR (Passenger Irregularities Report) and its quality.
To control the sending and receiving of documentation for airline flights.
Work experience in the company not less than a year.
Higher education (preferably in Aviaition).
English language proficiency not less than intermediate level.
Fluent Russian and Kazakh languages proficiency.
Effective communication skills.
Reliability and ethic.
