Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves all flights of the airline, calculates the planned cargo, mail, passengers, luggage according to the principle of "safety - service - saving aviation fuel - development", if necessary, provide manual W&B of the aircraft.
• To control compliance with the technological schedule for aircraft loading in all representative offices of the airline
• To observe the timeline and safety standards in the preparation and provision of Aircraft  loading instruction reports and Loadsheet for all representative offices of the airline.
• To take under control the employees related services implementation of all the necessary procedures and make the necessary changes according CLCP procedure in the loading/unloading
• Make calculations for alignments of the load-sheets (DCS Departure Control System), as well as make the necessary changes in DCS.
• Servicing business partners in accordance with the contract, which includes the calculation of balance, timely preparation of flight documentation, archiving and storage of documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably higher aviation education.
• Good organizational and planning skills, ability to analyse data
• Focus on results, the ability to plan and predict the situation, the ability to make decisions, attentiveness
• Ability to work in difficult conditions (under the pressure of time)
• Knowledge of languages:, English: Intermediate, Kazakh: fluency in spoken language is desirable, Russian: fluent spoken
