Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysis of sales data and user behavior on the website: Using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, Amplitude, etc.) to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Preparing regular reports on online sales results, funnel conversion rates, and recommendations for improving sales.
  • Competitive analysis and market trends: Comparing with competitors and identifying best practices to implement on the website and app. Monitoring market trends to adapt strategies.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service on the website: Managing and improving user experience (UX/UI) on the site. Handling customer feedback and suggestions, implementing improvements based on collected data.
  • Development and implementation of traffic acquisition strategies: Using various channels to attract traffic, including SEO, PPC advertising, and direct marketing. Managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Yandex.Direct, and other platforms.
  • Website optimization for search engines (SEO): Conducting SEO audits and implementing recommendations to improve site visibility in search engines. Collaborating with the content marketing team to optimize content for improved search engine rankings. Assisting in developing content strategies to attract and retain customers. Developing strategies to increase organic traffic and engagement with acquisition channels.
  • Collaboration with the IT department: Resolving technical issues on the website, improving its functionality and performance. Implementing new technical solutions and integrations to enhance site efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Higher education in marketing, information technology, business, or related fields.
  • Work experience: 5 years in the e-commerce industry. Experience in managing websites and online sales. Preferably experience with travel products.
  • Knowledge and skills: Deep understanding of internet marketing principles and tools. Knowledge of SEO, SMM, analytics, and content management. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Amplitude, etc.), project management skills, and knowledge of project methodologies.
  • Personal qualities: Analytical mindset. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Initiative and ability to work in a team.
