RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the safety management processes in the area  of M&CA
• Manage investigation of occurrences and incidents, including progress monitoring, reviewing and approval of the investigation reports.
• Manage closing process of safety recommendations.
• Manage safety reports relevant to M&CA, including reporting to the relevant Authorities..
• Coordinate Change Management and Safety Performance Indicators for Maintenance & Engineering on behalf of Corporate Safety Compliance.
• The amendment and control of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition; Engineering Procedure manual and others manuals for the subjects related to safety management system.
• Manage assessment of risks identified during investigations, safety performance monitoring processes, or by audit.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education and qualification of engineer.
• Practical experience in aircraft maintenance and continuous airworthiness or quality assurance or safety management system ≥5 years
• Knowledge of the structure, goals and objectives of aircraft engineering and maintenance organizations
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in English sufficient for communication, correspondence, understanding of aviation technical documentation within the tasks.
• Having passed one A/C type rating course (level 3) or having knowledge about A/C systems is appreciated
• Excellent knowledge of regulation in area of M&CA (Kazakhstan and EASA).
